tip attachments don't attach securely to the end of the plug in for computer

One charger so many options! After leaving my charger in a hotel I popped in BB and the sales clerk grabbed it right off the self and said “no worries, this one will hook right up” and it did. I was back in business instantly.

I wish this offered more laptop charger tip options as a "universal" charger, but it does not include some of the newer laptop charging tips/adapter ports. For example, I was not able to use this for my HP - ENVY x360 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Evo Platform - Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD. I imagine, however, the charger works fine for the laptops that include the tips provided.

It is a very good and useful product, which has met my expectations. I liked this product because of the many uses you can give to it and how productive it is as well.

My original charger for my Dell laptop had broken and I did not know the exact charger I needed. This charger was perfect because it has different connectors for you to use

The charger works as expected on my laptop. I like having the additional tips so that guests can use the charger if necessary.

The power cord I purchased is utterly amazing!! It has multiple connections, which is great. I bought a new, a few weeks after purchasing the power cord, and it had a connection to fit it. WONDERFUL!!!

This purchase was excellent because it comes with different tips, and we were able to use one on our laptop. I was hoping to be able to use another one for our other laptop, but none of the others fit. It was pretty expensive, and only one tip fit.

Love the multiple head options. We kept it in the car to us for both my laptop and my husband’s.

Dropped off my daughter to college and realized i had left my charger for my laptop at home. This was the last one available. The person who helped me checked multiple chargers and their adaptors so appreciate his patience and diligence. thank you Best Buy

Works well for the computer I bought it for, however the price is a little higher than it should be.

Works while plugged in, but does not charge laptop for use after being unplugged.

Works great. Cord got stuck in the computer. Bought computer into the store. The Geeks came though. They removed embedded plug and directed us to correct replacement cord. Quick and problem solved.

Didn’t have the appropriate tip for my laptop and wasn’t able to wait due to time but otherwise had enough to work for another laptop

It was easy to find the correct plug for my HP Envy laptop. I use my laptop in two areas of my home. Having this in addition to original plug means that I only have to take my laptop with me. It will also be handy if I ever forgot the charger on a trip.

Excellent quality and functionality. I had it now for more than 4 years and is still working fine. It only needs some upgraded tips/connectors, since it does not have usb-c tip.

Love the different attachments. Broke on tip on one of my laptops and lost the cord for my smaller laptop and this charger has tips for both..so one purchase and two computers are back in business! Attachments are easy to switch.

I'm sure this thing would have 100% functioned as it was meant to. I just bought the wrong one and returned in.

Recently moved and my charger for my laptop was mistakenly packed this is exactly what I needed for my hp envy 360 m6 convertible. Thank you BB.
