Poor connector.

Unfortunately, the connector that should have worked for my Sell laptop did not charge my computer. I needed to purchase a different one while I was out of town.

I was grateful that Best Buy had a replacement that I could get quickly, but I wish I could buy just the tip instead of the whole cord.

I was warned by the salesman that Dell is very difficult and they have seen a ton of these come back. Note to self...do not forget power cord.

Just What I Needed

Just be sure you get the correct wattage. The larger one will not have the correct adapter plug and Best Buy cannot source you one like the box says. If you select the correct wattage power supply, it will have the correct plug.

Charging Tip Easily Disconnects
