He took a tweezers and removed a piece that had broken off in my computer and sold me a new chord, only after making sure one of the fittings in the package would fit my computer. When I go back to the store, I will definitely look for him again. The chord has worked well.

My only regret is that I didn’t get the same but at a higher voltage! 10/10 product

I have using this cord for about every that needs prower and juat been switching out the connectors
