We cook the broken part into Best Buy and showed it to an associate along with this device, asking whether or not it work. He said that it would. The side of the box said that it would work with Lenovox computers. We bought it. It did not work. Since I accidentally waited a bit more than 15 days to return it, Best Buy will not take it back.

After leaving my charger in a hotel I popped in BB and the sales clerk grabbed it right off the self and said “no worries, this one will hook right up” and it did. I was back in business instantly.

Does not include tips for some newer laptops

For example, I was not able to use this for my HP - ENVY x360 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Evo Platform - Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD. I imagine, however, the charger works fine for the laptops that include the tips provided.

I was hoping to be able to use another one for our other laptop, but none of the others fit. It was pretty expensive, and only one tip fit.

It has multiple connections, which is great. I bought a new, a few weeks after purchasing the power cord, and it had a connection to fit it. WONDERFUL!!!

I use my laptop in two areas of my home. Having this in addition to original plug means that I only have to take my laptop with me. It will also be handy if I ever forgot the charger on a trip.

Bought computer into the store. The Geeks came though. They removed embedded plug and directed us to correct replacement cord. Quick and problem solved.

Broke on tip on one of my laptops and lost the cord for my smaller laptop and this charger has tips for both..so one purchase and two computers are back in business! Attachments are easy to switch.
