My baby was crying and he kept her engaging with her to get her to stop and calm her down. She did and we got to pick up the other items.

New A/C Adapter

It was sure a great thought for the manufacture of this product to place additional adapters. Interesting enough that although one of the adapters did fit into the AC adaptor hole it did not go all that way in which gave me a bit of concern. The laptop did charge but again the fact that it was sticking 1/4 of the way out and not giving a snug fit I had a huge concern.

Called customer service and gave all specs of his laptop that we bought at Best Buy 3 years ago. Customer service rep said this one would work. Son goes to the Best Buy near his college, buys it, and get back to also to find it doesn’t fit nor anywhere near powerful enough. Terrible.

Doesn't Last

Now when I connect it to my computer the charge is intermittent. I haven't been willing to leave it connected more than 10 seconds because that intermittent charge could destroy the battery.
