Works great. Cord got stuck in the computer. Bought computer into the store. The Geeks came though. They removed embedded plug and directed us to correct replacement cord. Quick and problem solved.

I can charge just about any computer.The the rep that helped his name was Ashton he was a great help. My baby was crying and he kept her engaging with her to get her to stop and calm her down. She did and we got to pick up the other items.

Lost my power supply on a trip and this universal worked great. Just be sure you get the correct wattage. The larger one will not have the correct adapter plug and Best Buy cannot source you one like the box says. If you select the correct wattage power supply, it will have the correct plug.

It works good but will need to get HP one soon. I was getting alerts about it not being good for my laptop.

You get all the fittings you need for diffrent devices. They could lock on the end a lttle better. But overall they are great.

I wish this offered more laptop charger tip options as a "universal" charger, but it does not include some of the newer laptop charging tips/adapter ports. For example, I was not able to use this for my HP - ENVY x360 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Evo Platform - Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD. I imagine, however, the charger works fine for the laptops that include the tips provided.

Excellent quality and functionality. I had it now for more than 4 years and is still working fine. It only needs some upgraded tips/connectors, since it does not have usb-c tip.

Producto is fine but too expensive for the price you can get it cheaper somewhere else

I purchased this for my laptop computer. I have had no problems whatsoever and it has worked very well for my laptop . Love having available different connections. Very satisfied with the product.

The tip of my laptop's power cord adapter broke just as I needed to print some tax documents. I was grateful that Best Buy had a replacement that I could get quickly, but I wish I could buy just the tip instead of the whole cord.

Works on the HP laptop I needed to for. However, the fit is slightly loose with either of the connectors that fit

The charger works as expected on my laptop. I like having the additional tips so that guests can use the charger if necessary.

Works while plugged in, but does not charge laptop for use after being unplugged.

The actual reason for this purchase was due to loss of my original cord for my dell laptop. It was sure a great thought for the manufacture of this product to place additional adapters. Interesting enough that although one of the adapters did fit into the AC adaptor hole it did not go all that way in which gave me a bit of concern. The laptop did charge but again the fact that it was sticking 1/4 of the way out and not giving a snug fit I had a huge concern.

Good concept but was not compatible with my device.

Product preformed as expected. Was assisted by a young man who was professional, knowledgeable and eager to help. A true credit to the Best Buy brand.

Recently moved and my charger for my laptop was mistakenly packed this is exactly what I needed for my hp envy 360 m6 convertible. Thank you BB.
