Its what I needed in a crunch but you can get the exact same thing from amazon for under $20 and this one was $79

Works great and the different plug ends make sure it fits your computer. Might want to check it out right after you get it to ensure it charges your computer correctly.

Since I needed a new laptop charger, I went to Best Buy. They had the exact laptop charger that I want. It’s an excellent one and charges fast.

I love that I can use the universal cord with any device. It helps not to have to buy so many different cords.

Insignia is the most economical price but sometimes it may not be compliant even when it states it. I can see the differences

This is a a great product. Some chargers get hot to the touch, this one didn't. There are different tips depending on your product. I purchased this for a Lenovo laptop. The tips can come off very easily and can be lost. They charge $9 or $10 for replacement tips if if they get lost and the charger was about $60. I think that for a Best Buy brand the price should have been more reasonable, say $30.

This product is great because it has multiple tips allowing you to use on many different devices. Especially if you are traveling, you only need to take one charging device for many of your devices.

Too many pieces and the connection was not very solid

Carged up my computer with no problems. Just use the recommended adapter on the chart.

Had to return not correct for our laptop. Transaction went smoothly. Now we have the correct cord. Will continue to purchase from Best Buy. Smooth transactions.

This product was great!! It has all of the laptop charging connections. The computer that O bought it for my Acer Google Chromebook. It didn't quite fit right like it should, but since I couldn't find it anywhere else and it held a charge. I need to keep it for now. I wish Google would give options to accessorize their products. Needless to say I went to a couple of Bestbuys and got it discounted by buying open box. Sweet deal.

I was a little skeptical about purchasing a non-Dell branded battery pack. However, this universal pack works just fine! In fact, a slight watts upgrade has computer charging faster! No problems, and I don’t anticipate any problems!
