Was un a bind, sons laptop died, didnt know if was laptop or cable. Geek squad was so helpful checking for us and found it to only be the cable. Purchased it asap and we were in our way and he vot to finish his school work lol..

It was great for what I needed it for. I was working on vacation and my regular charger broke. I had to drive across the island and found this charger. It came in clutch and I am so thankful for it. I gave it to my son when I got back from his laptop however the connector for his two laptops didn’t have a firm fit it’s loose.

Did what it was supposed to, returned because I found my old charger. Not sure how it would’ve held up over time but for the week I had it, I had no complaints

Very good product, The charger is universal so it comes with many tips. If your tip is not included they will make sure they get a tip to you that dose work it you visit there website.

Lots of adapters for hp Chromebook. None of which fit.

Forgot my charging unit at home while away on business. Best Buy was the only store that had a solution which was available to me right away as I had sever days of meetings got it within 2 hours and was back in business.
