However, this universal pack works just fine! In fact, a slight watts upgrade has computer charging faster! No problems, and I don’t anticipate any problems!

There was no solution in the online option either to find the correct adapter. I would think for the majority of PC owners this would be a great solution. It just was not able to help me nor were the best buy staff at 2 stores. Still without a workable solution. Best Buy did return the item without a hassle.

Some chargers get hot to the touch, this one didn't. There are different tips depending on your product. I purchased this for a Lenovo laptop. The tips can come off very easily and can be lost. They charge $9 or $10 for replacement tips if if they get lost and the charger was about $60. I think that for a Best Buy brand the price should have been more reasonable, say $30.

Replace tip inexpensively
