    Great customer service, however when I told them about a mat that is not properly secured to the floor that I tripped on- that they should remove it before someone falls they ignored me

    I thought I would have to buy a new laptop but Best Buy informed me that this charger can adapt to my laptop! Super happy that it has many different adaptors.
