Adaptor did not fit my laptop.

I read the instructions, which included a 1-800 #. Called the number, talked with the agent, with a thick accent, determined that I was right, this product does not have the right adaptor. Her solution was to go back to best buy and pick out the product from this vender that was supposed to have the correct adaptor. She did provide me with her recommended SKU's. She advised me to take my laptop so I could try it in the store. None of that worked either. But there was a different universal charger with fewer tips from a different vender, that did work. I can not recommend this product because 1) It did not fit.2) Customer support, while friendly, did not really help much.

Forgot the charger at home
