The box says to call customer service, I called they "sent" the right one twice. And they still haven't showed up. So I had to buy and actual cord from the company. I would highly recommend not using this product or products related to this brand name!!!!

The instructions said that I could go online to get the correct attachment sent to me.

I had to go purchase from the manufacture a replacement for about roughly the same price.

My demonic dog bit through the code with one bite. And it cost 5 times as much as the one I ordered the next day on Amazon. Maybe it deserves a higher rating, but I didn't have it long enough to evaluate it properly.
