Best Buy told me specifically to get this one, and it works terribly. Takes forever to charge it and never gets it to a full charge. He has to use his brother's charger, which is an HP one. This one was a waste of money. I don't know why Best Buy sells the HP laptops but doesn't carry the HP chargers that go with them. I ended up needing to order the HP charger from another place.

My demonic dog bit through the code with one bite. And it cost 5 times as much as the one I ordered the next day on Amazon. Maybe it deserves a higher rating, but I didn't have it long enough to evaluate it properly.

I purchased this in store because I needed one at the moment I have the Acer aspire model A515–46 and the chargeing bit is way to small and it does not charge your laptop. Would not recommend.
