    I sent my laptop in for repair at Best Buy now they're telling me the poor laptop that's barely three years old they don't have a part that fix it I guess I'll have to wait and find out Monday I don't know if the power plug was any good thank you

    Good cable. Has held up well, and I haven't had any issues changing the adapter pieces. It charges just like the original that comes with any laptop.

    It is convenient and works. It is also expensive and comes undone frequently. I had to go back to the original adapter charger bc I didn’t realize the cord had come undone and my laptop wasn’t charging.

    The tip we needed was not included.. the company said they would send one for free, which they did. But they sent two and then charged us 35.00 for shipping, they sent it USPS using the cheapest method possible. USPS said that was a 3 dollar shipment.. I would NOT recommend this companies product. I have taken the time to inform Best Buy
