    The charger that this replaced did not fit properly so my laptop would cut off the power prematurely! Problem solved now that I have my new Insignia charger!

    They recommend the WRONG charger for my son who needed a new one (in college out of town). Called customer service and gave all specs of his laptop that we bought at Best Buy 3 years ago. Customer service rep said this one would work. Son goes to the Best Buy near his college, buys it, and get back to also to find it doesn’t fit nor anywhere near powerful enough. Terrible.
