    Bought this for my hp laptop, it works great with the exception of the adapter plug being lose, since I only have one laptop I ended up just taping the proper accessory to the charging chord and I haven't had that problem since

    This "guaranteed to have the correct adaptor" did not have the right adaptor. I read the instructions, which included a 1-800 #. Called the number, talked with the agent, with a thick accent, determined that I was right, this product does not have the right adaptor. Her solution was to go back to best buy and pick out the product from this vender that was supposed to have the correct adaptor. She did provide me with her recommended SKU's. She advised me to take my laptop so I could try it in the store. None of that worked either. But there was a different universal charger with fewer tips from a different vender, that did work. I can not recommend this product because 1) It did not fit.2) Customer support, while friendly, did not really help much.

    It works well, except the cord falls out of the adapter easily where it's attached to the laptop. I just try to be careful when I move it when it's plugged in.
