A BB associate said to try this multi-tipped charger. At home i went through the tips and one fit perfectly and booom my laptop came on needing 20+ updates, doh. Works great and can use on my dell and asus laptops. Recommend

It sticks out kinda far due to the need to be able to fit all the options, so you could bump it and break it off. Hasn't happened, but I'm extra careful
