The charger sent with it was for the usb-c port. However this device did not charge. They told me to go to BB to have it looked at under warranty. The tech told me that port was not configured for charging. I neede the one for the small round plug next to it. I went back to Lenovo who insisted it must be a bad charger, and they sent another usb-c charger. That rep told me they would note to send the other kind of this one did not work. Well, it didn’t. I called back in, they asked to connect to my notebook. By this time I’m down to 13% with no ability to charge. She disconnected and stated she would send the correct charger. Now I had a third USB-C charger that does not work with the device. I went to BB for an alternate solution. They pointed out the 90W version of this. I had to ask them to send me a free Lenovo round tip. That came shortly, but does not fit the 90W model. I exchanged for the 65W, and all is well. But Lenovo’s tech support sucks, and their ineptitude cost me four hours and $70, to get rid of the headache. This product and BB; thumbs up. Lenovo phone warranty support might as well be zoo animals.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable and pointed me to the right direction as for the technical department and their computer area was lacking that morning. Praise the Lord geek squad was on point.

Alright but works
