Did not work first tome open box

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this charger they gave us an open box and we got it home and didn’t work so we had to go back exchange for one that was not an open box and it worked fine not sure why they would put an item open box out for sale when it doesn’t work and cause a inconvenience to the customers

Powers but didn’t charge

While it DID power my Dell laptop, it would not charge. So I watched the battery slowly drain to zero but once there, it didn’t die…but mobility was no longer an option.
