Great product for the price and comes with many adaptors in case I ever get a new laptop!

The product has served me well. I got a laptop overseas and the plug was not three pronged. I opted for this because other stores were overpriced and didn't have the correct voltage needed for my computer. The multiped adaptors for different types of computers helped with making sure I had the correct connection.

This universal charger was the perfect match for my laptop when my dog chewed up the charger that came with my laptop I thought I was gonna have to buy a whole new charger which was going to be more than this universal one and it had the perfect adapter to fit my laptop. I have always enjoyed the reliability of the manufacturer's provided laptop charger. However, due to use, they do fail, especial at the wire to laptop connector interface. The original Dell laptop charger failed after 6-7 years and the Geek Squad recommended a universal charger that was available in the store. (For clarity, I have had them recommend from other sources, they are customer focused) We purchased their recommended charger. The bag of adapters was quite extensive and experimented with two of them until we found the best fit for our older Dell. The charger and adapter have have worked flawlessly for a month. In the event I forget to bring the charger for my Lenovo laptop with its integrated Thunderbolt design, I will only have to raid my wife's computer bag. I only gave this four stars because a factory designed charger has a little less connections than the cable end plus an adapter

ease of use.. good price. It was very difficult to get some one to help us. There was one employee that went the extra mile but others seem bothered when you asked the question at the store we purchased in Syracuse

The cord works well it is sturdy I have had no problems with using it It has not frayed and continues to work well
