When I went to return it I was a few days over the return period which is ridiculously short. asked if they could take it back and donate it somewhere. They said I should just throw it away. I said no you throw it away and left it there. Bummed because I’ve usually had good experiences there.

It keeps flashing to connect to power, and it is connected to the laptop! I was using the connector that supposes to match the Asus laptop computer. The only way I got it to work was putting the cord in and leaving it overnight, and it would be fully charged the next day! A waste of money!

Pulled the plug out of the computer, gripping the cord end instead of the adapter, and the cord ended up breaking - approximately two months in. Was replaced with no questions under warranty. Second one has been fine for about a month. Much higher price than online alternatives.

Not sure why Toshiba/Tecra is not covered. 2 - My USB-C charger burned out the connection on a 6 month old laptop. Not sure about these power connections yet. 3 - Price seems to be very high for a simple power supply. 4 - Went to the web site and it did provide the adapter I needed. However not in stock, disappointing
