However, I got home and the lenovo tip did not fit my lenovo laptop.. None of them fit. So I can only say that the word universal.... was not accurate. I returned the product.

This unit was expensive and had connections for 9 different models (when only 1 specific connection was needed). The actual charger part is so heavy that it drags the port from the computer unless you are able to prop it up somewhere near to the computer. It is awkward.

Sims refused to fix the problem

The tech refused stated it was only a problem with the power cord. Turned out it was not the power cord. It was the battery and the connection from the computer to the cord. So this did not fix my problem. I had to order a battery from Dell on my own and install it on my own. So Geek Squad service was not helpful.
