    I am SO UPSET WITH THIS PRODUCT!!! I have a Lenovo laptop and after about a month of using this charger, it ruined it! It wouldn't charge the laptop anymore, and slowly my laptop died. Best Buy said they couldn't fix it because I had no warranty on it. I had our very capable and professional IT Manager here at work take a look at it, and he said because it is a universal charger, and the specifications were not the same as the original charger, it eventually burned out the port. I've only had my Lenovo for 2 years, and this charger for 2 months. I'm out a laptop. Now I have to purchase a new one, after only have it 2 years. Very upset over this.

    "Universal Charger" is not universal at all...

    "Universal Charger" did not have the tip I needed. Advertised as having a round tip lenovo charger, but it did not work for my lenovo laptop. Looked on their tip finder website for the correct one and it STILL was not there. Figured that I would try it out on some other laptops that my family owns, but no luck on those either!!!

    The product works, however, when plugged in it wouldn't show charging icon, until I taped it snuggly into place. I find myself constantly checking! Was hoping to get original equipment, but I needed it. Thank you.

    Stopped working on January 20th 2025. Product life is less than 7 months…and no warranty on the product. Better not to purchase this product and any electronics from BestBuy

    No Charger Attachment for IdeaPad 3 15ITL05

    This item did not have the attachment for my laptop charger plug-in. If you have a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ITL05 and you are looking for a new charger, please avoid this item. It does not have the attachment for the IdeaPad 3 15ITL05. Instead, you can go to Lenovo directly and purchase the correct charger for half the cost of this charger.

    It is supposed to be a universal fit with all the fitting that came with it, none of them fit my dell laptop. Waste of money. I will return to the store

    I have had to replace this item twice because the port that plugs into the computer has a very weak joint and breaks very easily.

    Didn't have the size I needed

    Bought is because we needed a new charger for a Levono laptop. It comes with several different tips but none of them fit. I would suggest to take your item in and getting help to buy the right one or to check if the have the right adapter you need.

    Didn't have the fitting for my computer.It took them a day to find the adapter I needed. Requested to mail the part, they didn't. going to return it now.

    Correct wattage . Wrong “universal” adapter.

    Have not been able to use this product because the Lenovo adapter that comes with this universal charging kit, is the wrong adapter for Lenovo laptop. I contacted the “call us if you don’t see your adapter” people. They promised to ship the correct adapter. Have yet to see the correct adapter show up.

    Do Not Buy! Buy Original Charger for Computer!

    The charger caused my battery to swell up so I had to purchase a new battery for my laptop. Then, I discovered that this charger would not charge the battery and would only work when plugged in with the battery disconnected. I ended up having to buy the original charger and tried to return the product but could not since Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy, which is sad considering so many retail places have at least a 30 day return policy. I am dissatisfied with the product and service.

    The charger only worked when I had it plugged in. Probably, they did not have an exact head in the set to fit my laptop. Returned this one and got a regular Dell charger that works perfectly.

    After taking the old unit to the store to make sure the new one would be compatible, the sales person picked it out for me and assured me that one of supplied tips would work. After getting home and trying it, I discovered that none of the tips were the right size. I then called the phone number included to get the correct tip sent to me. After talking to the person on the phone I was informed that none would work, and that I'd have to order a charger online. A hassle and a waste of time and gas to return to store. I then ordered one online that works and was less than half the price.

    It was a total piece of garbage would not stay plugged into the computer he ruined. The computer is sitting all by itself without any contact from outside sources

    Wont be shopping at best buy again

    Didnt work. The right connecting part was there but was to loose. Then when tried to return 4 weeks later I was told the policy for return was 2 weeks. It would have been helpful if the csr had mentioned that when I purchased as this is a new policy.

    Was very disappointed. We took the cumputer with is to the store to get the right charger, but it was under construction so the employee went to get us the charger and it wasnt the right ine.
