The plug in for an Acer laptop didn't work correctly. I didn't even return it because I forgot to, but that's my fault. Make sure to check what wattage you're buying. Won’t charge Dell Ultrabook

When I went to return it I was a few days over the return period which is ridiculously short. asked if they could take it back and donate it somewhere. They said I should just throw it away. I said no you throw it away and left it there. Bummed because I’ve usually had good experiences there.
