Components do not fit well into computer, despite being "universal." I have bought other brands before, where the adapters that you can change out fit much better into any given computer. I was using this for a Dell Inspiron and it was so slow that I ended up having to get a different charger.

There was no tip that fit the Samsung, So returned it rather than call to get the correct tip.

Typical Best buy marketing practice to do a bait and switch. Even though most modern laptops use type c this universal laptop charger does not. Don't mind the small print that you can't read online. Terrible customer service with a 30-day return policy even if the item is still in the box.

If my son had actually tried it out before the return deadline, I would be happiet, There were charger ends for probably every LapTop available except his. He has an Acer.

The plug stays in the computer but the statement comes off the pot plug. You pay for every possible attachment when you only need one. Too expensive for what you get.

Not good quality, I tried on several lap tops. Only worked about a week. Do not get walk away.

I travel for work and forgot my ac adapter for me monitor. Purchased as a best buy employee suggested and it didn't work. Went home for a few days. Came back and was told even though I didn't use it. That 15 days had passed and i couldn't return the $70 useless ac adapter. Don't purchase dom the store. Order amazon !!!

Claimed to fit my laptop and it did. But would charge for about 5 seconds before it stopped working every time i attempted to use it.

Only Lasted two/three months the end unraveled will not buy again.

I needed a replacement. I was told it would work with my laptop. Wrong!!! Returned it back to the store!

The condensing clerk who convinced me to try this cord said I had 30 days to return if it would not work. Instead I had two weeks to return it. This cord did not work and now I am out $65, and I still do not have a cord for my laptop. Not happy

Purchased for a laptop, but it doesnt comebwith the proper plug adapter. Wasted my money.

The charger was supposed to be 'universal' for my Acer Chromebook, but even all the additional connectors did not include the one I needed. The enclosed literature said I could request the exact one I needed at no additional charge, but that would have meant adding several days to the process. A different source was recommended to me, and that worked out well. I was pleased, however, that I was able to return to useless purchase right back to the store for an instant credit. That was truly appreciated, especially in the busy week before Christmas.

The tip did not fit securely to the cable so it frequently became unplugged. After 72 days of use the end of the tip that attaches to the cable broke so the adapter is now completely useless for anything and is headed back to Best Buy for recycling. The lack of quality is very disappointing.

If one small adapter goes missing the entire thing is useless...

I have a Dell. My brother lost my charger. In my search for a new charger i came across this one. I thought perfect because it had two sizes for the plug. However my computer tells me it is not the one made for it so it will not hold the charge unless it is always plugged in. If you move or bump it, it shuts the computer down.
