Very concerning that you sell equipment but none of the accessories!!! Your employee directed me to Amazon. Which I was able to purchase. By the way it was power cord for that laptop not a universal one. It really sucks I take the time to shop and support local businesses to no avail and I never had to leave my house!!!! I could of bought everything from Amazon! It is a real shame that shopping in person at your store does no good especially when your employee directed to Amazon. I would give my experience at your store minus 2 stars but had to pick a star to submit review

You're paying for all these plugs, but you just need the one that fits your device. Problem is, the plug keep disconnecting from the cable. Very disappointed.

The guy helping me pointed out this “universal” charger that would work with the laptop so I bought it (what good is a laptop if it can’t charge). Got home and tried every adapter in the box and not one worked. Went on Amazon and found the factory charger for the ASUS gaming laptop I bought for less than the universal one at Best Buy!

This doesn't come with USB-C adapter. I emailed the mfr. and provided receipt but got the runaround with a lot of silly questions so I gave up.

I have a Lenovo laptop and after about a month of using this charger, it ruined it! It wouldn't charge the laptop anymore, and slowly my laptop died. Best Buy said they couldn't fix it because I had no warranty on it. I had our very capable and professional IT Manager here at work take a look at it, and he said because it is a universal charger, and the specifications were not the same as the original charger, it eventually burned out the port. I've only had my Lenovo for 2 years, and this charger for 2 months. I'm out a laptop. Now I have to purchase a new one, after only have it 2 years. Very upset over this.
