Not sure who I can call to install this appliance. I am a 72yr. Old senior with health issues. I do not need this extra problem! It seem like the driver was in a hurry an did not want to deal with this installation.

Useless Charger

It only maintains a charge if and only if it plugged into the electrical outlet once remove from the outlet the laptop is inoperable, the charge does maintain. I returned the product and purchased a quality Dell charger from Dell.

I bought two different laptop chargers and none of them worked. Best Buy didn't have any other choices so I ended up buying two chargers on EBay.

Out of all the pieces, it only has ONE laptop charger I needed and very expensive! Better yet there isn't any WARRANTY on this!
