I contacted the “call us if you don’t see your adapter” people. They promised to ship the correct adapter. Have yet to see the correct adapter show up.

Crappy adapters & slow charger

I have bought other brands before, where the adapters that you can change out fit much better into any given computer. I was using this for a Dell Inspiron and it was so slow that I ended up having to get a different charger.

Bad fit, but easy return service

The enclosed literature said I could request the exact one I needed at no additional charge, but that would have meant adding several days to the process. A different source was recommended to me, and that worked out well. I was pleased, however, that I was able to return to useless purchase right back to the store for an instant credit. That was truly appreciated, especially in the busy week before Christmas.

Terrible customer service with a 30-day return policy even if the item is still in the box.

Purchased as a best buy employee suggested and it didn't work. Went home for a few days. Came back and was told even though I didn't use it. That 15 days had passed and i couldn't return the $70 useless ac adapter. Don't purchase dom the store. Order amazon !!!
