Does not work for all laptops

In my search for a new charger i came across this one. I thought perfect because it had two sizes for the plug. However my computer tells me it is not the one made for it so it will not hold the charge unless it is always plugged in. If you move or bump it, it shuts the computer down.

After 72 days of use the end of the tip that attaches to the cable broke so the adapter is now completely useless for anything and is headed back to Best Buy for recycling. The lack of quality is very disappointing.

Does NOT fit all laptops

Instead I had two weeks to return it. This cord did not work and now I am out $65, and I still do not have a cord for my laptop. Not happy

Piece of Junk

It stopped working after the first time i plugged it up. It was the only option provided as original cord broke off into the port and i was unable to charge or power tablet. It does not charge the tablet, as soon as the cord comes unplugged the tablet goes black. Attempted to plug the cord bck in and nothing. Cord no longer works. So as for my review, cord is overpriced and does not serve the purpose it was designed for.

It will not fit certain computers. I recommend opening and using each tip to see if it fits your device after purchasing it. This will save you time and money as you can return it when you see that it will not fit. Disappointed.

You may process a return and exchange as long as it is within 15-day period upon purchase. Kindly inform our in-store personnel about the Volts and the Amperes of your laptop so we could compute which charger will work best with your laptop.

I tried contacting BB on line but got cut off. So I called the people that make the item and they don’t have the tip I need. All I need is a common tip. The C size. Now I feel like I’m stuck w this expensive item because I ordered it on line and don’t know if I can return it. Very very disappointed!!

Poor design

The two-pin stick-on adapter is just cheap and cheesy. Right away, had to tape it together. Bought it at end of July, by end of November the prong that goes into the laptop had broken. This laptop never leaves home. A purpose-built adapter would be better than something that tries to work for 9 different tools. HOWEVER, Best Buy took it back/replaced it.
