My old laptop, Samsung, power connector did not match any that came with this product. So, it's only good if it has a charge connector that fits what you have. That being said, I would be the wrong one to rate this product.

Overpriced

But none of them seem to be the “right one”. Even the store person said don’t keep using it, by an original. Now I know why. You have to mess with the connector once you plug it in to find the sweet spot that your machine will start charging. Under “do I recommend, I’m saying yes, but only if your in a jam like I was and you need your laptop to work now.

I went into the store to get a power cord that would work with my computer. The service agent assisting me assured me that this would work. It didn't.

Made my computer give an error saying something to the effect of “not a supported charger.” Not sure if it was because it wasn’t getting sufficient power input or what but make sure your input is less than or equal to 65 W prior to buying it

I was on the phone for a long time with them but the plug did not fit nor did they have one that fit. I then ordered another charger from Best Buy and it was also incorrect and I was not credited when I returned both - only for the first one. When you are in need of a cord immediately this was genuinely dispiriting and unpleasant.

Worst experience ever from Best Buy

The replacement worked for an entire month before the stupid thing crapped out. Now if I wanna replace it, I'll have to go through the manufacturer and honestly, I don't want another from this brand. I spent about 60 bux for a piece of crap. Wasted my money. ugh. Don't buy. Go with a much better brand!
