Call support to get a different tip, oh return it to any best buy store. Web site says it will work for Samsung, so I thought I would need a tip mailed, no such support. Make sure it has connector you need

The employee of the store told me this product had every universal connector. It DOES NOT HAVE A CONNECTOR FOR A C-TYPE CHROMEBOOK. Had to return it and bought one from Amazon for about 1/5 of the price. Usually love BestBuy but this was an utter disappointment

Best buy representative recommended while in store. The power jack adaptor was compatible but the wattage apparently was not. The adaptor head kept coming disconnected from power cord. Ended up frying my motherboard.

Certainly not worth the price or hassle.
