There is a website (bbyurl.us/tipfinder) that does help with this, still not with the laptop I have. I have an Acer Aspire 3, A315-23 Series, Model # N18Q13. The box doesn't have a tip for this, and the website doesn't include this as an option. I've gotten different charger tip replacements for other Aspire 3 laptops, yet it gives me the charger tip that was included in the box. I'm giving up at this point.
