I needed a charger for my ASUS laptop. This was the only one in-store that was compatible for it. There are 9 tips, so it was pretty certain that one of them would fit. I surely didn't need the other 8. I felt it was a bit pricey, 59.98, for parts I didn't need. It does work.

The end of the card does not all the way in to my laptop; however, It does not appear to effect charging ability.

This was a amazing deal and find. It fit perfect for our laptop charger and also got other adapters to go with other items we can charge as well.

I was in a pinch having left my Dell charger at home on a week long vacation. I saw many negative reviews stating this universal charger did not work with their Dell laptops. I brought my laptop (XPS 13 9360) into the store to test it. The associate at the store opened the box and picked out a connector. The laptop registered that it was plugged in. However the charging light did not come on. When I got home I there were warnings that the charger was not identified so wouldn't charge. The charger did power the laptop while not charging the battery. I found that the wrong tip had been used. I put on the correct tip N14. My laptop recognized it and charged my battery just fine. So some of the issue of not working on Dells may be due to incorrect top. I'm giving only 4 stars due to the price which is double what a genuine Dell charger cost. Otherwise it works fine and would be handy if you have several laptops of different brands/models but only want a single charger while traveling.

Exclusive charger for my Acer PC that I couldn’t find nowhere walked over to the geek squad. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and pointed me to the right direction as for the technical department and their computer area was lacking that morning. Praise the Lord geek squad was on point.

The charger works with my laptop, but the adapter comes off easily, and I find that my computer is disconnected. Twice I didn't notice this until the battery was completely discharged, and the computer went off.

a Godsend if something happens to your original power cord--ONLY drawback is that the little adapters CAN fall off and so you have to be sure you are working in an area where it is easy to find if it DOES drop off and even consider taping or putting some kind of easily findable tag on the one you are using most.

Came in clutch when basement flooded making original coats unusable.

One day my laptop died. I was worried it was the battery. After calls to Geek Squad and HP I went to Best Buy to see if it might be the charger. The associate had a unit to try, plugged it in and my laptop was alive again. I bought a Insignia™ - Universal 65W Laptop Charger -, took it home within two hours my laptop was fully charged and I was estatic. Thank you Best Buy. I'll be back!
