||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The part of the charger that plugs into my Samsung Laptop PC got bent, so I went to Best Buy, the store where I purchased my machine to get a new charger, I didn't want to wait for an on line order from Samsung as I use my Laptop daily for work and personal reasons. The BB sales clerk guaranteed this would work. ..... Not quite, one of the multiple tips goes into the charging port but will not stay there on its own. I used a bungee cord last night to hold it in the the PC would charge. I have also order a real replacement charger from Samsung. I paid $60 for this thing that sort of works, for the Samsung OEM charger with shipping from Samsung I only paid $43. Wish I could have waited and not waisted the $60.

However, since the adapters are interchangeable, they do fall off pretty easily when plugged in, so your laptop can often be not charging when you think it is.

Lost Old Charger

It became clear we were not going to find the charge so we purchased this item and couldn't be happier. It charges her laptop as well as some other devices we have in our house so we don't have any crazy cable clutter in the area she works.

It was determined the charger was faulty. Purchased this one and it worked great! Was very easy to set it up, choose the proper ender to charge my laptop, it seems to be a quality item and worked right away. Thought it was a bit pricey though, with all the different charge tips it can be used on multiple items.

I like the fact that it can be used on multiple computer brands.

I have Asus laptop and found the right tip to fit. If I had a complaint, the tip does fit the opening of the laptop but does not go all the way in, so it sticks out about 3/16". I understand they make the charger for the masses so wont be perfect for every laptop. Better than no charger at all. Otherwise, works just as it should
