Works as expected. Klutzy me tripped over the cord of my previous charger, messing up the plug. Took it to BB and a very helpful associate quickly and easily took me to this replacement. Available in stock and reasonably priced. And has worked well in keeping me operational with my laptop. Also glad to know that I have many options/plugs that can be used with future gear if needed.

Very good, quick and efficient charger. I like the right angle on the plugs. The only issue is I feel like the plug fits loosely.

Great product. My original HP charger was giving me trouble for some time. The fold in plug wasn't holding so my laptop wouldn't be charging after starting out okay. Was very skeptical about buying a "universal product", but so far it's been great (3 months+). Would buy again.

I flew to FL from NY and left my laptop wire home and I had work to do. Thank God Best Buy wasn’t too far and open for me to obtain this item and the bonus is, it has multiple connector ends! Got it in time before boarding my cruise ship!

Needed a charger for my Dell laptop and this universal charger had the right adaptor. One of my coworkers needed a charger for a dying laptop and was able to use one of the adaptors. This purchased saved the day more than one!

I bought a replacement electric cord for my computer, I did call the company to find out which plug in is the correct one for my computer, because mine wasn’t listed, the told me the correct one. I connected everything up and it worked perfectly.

Not thrilled with the adapters for laptop power input. For some laptops, the fit is perfect, but for others, it's a close fit that sometimes drops out. I'd rather just have the exact one made for my laptop.

I love the length of the cord, longer than my old one, because my outlet is not close to where I use my computer. It came with a number of connectors so even my daughter's computer can use it since it is a different brand.

I have an older Dell laptop for work and bought a temporary replacement power cord while on vacation. It powers the laptop perfectly, but as expected, it doesn't charge the battery – not an issue for me. It's always smart to double-check compatibility before purchasing a new charger.

Lost cord to laptop. So needed this for laptop. Could have gotten on Amazon but prefer the Geek squad and Best Buy service.
