The plugs didn't match American plugs, but the Geek Squad sold me a universal laptop charger that worked just fine -- now I have a backup in case of anymore trouble. Totally worth it.

Please if possible open the box and check. The Best Buy Rep told my son, it wouldn't work. Even though prior to it stated it would. That is why I gave it 4 Stars, (It would be 5) if the Rep didn't just try and get rid of us.

I have found out, that there were several plugs that I can use!! So far, of the 9 plugs, I have used 6!! I think that's awesome!! so thanks, I wish I had asked the guy his name!
