However, since the adapters are interchangeable, they do fall off pretty easily when plugged in, so your laptop can often be not charging when you think it is.

It became clear we were not going to find the charge so we purchased this item and couldn't be happier. It charges her laptop as well as some other devices we have in our house so we don't have any crazy cable clutter in the area she works.

It was determined the charger was faulty. Purchased this one and it worked great! Was very easy to set it up, choose the proper ender to charge my laptop, it seems to be a quality item and worked right away. Thought it was a bit pricey though, with all the different charge tips it can be used on multiple items.
