The power adaptor works good, no prblems. The multiable adapts will come in handy for other devices.

Compared to name brand it is less expensive. Array of tips helps with numerous devices. Read instructions carefully.

This charger suits my needs and keeps my laptop in business. The length of the cord is just right and the changeable tips makes it a smart choice for ease of use and utility. My Best Buy associate Gary was phenomenal in helping me decide on this product and was very knowledgeable about it's specifications, so shoutout to him.

I bought the charger, because the one to my laptop went bad, and I couldn't find one, But when I asked one of your guys, he pointed out this one because of all the different plugs. I have found out, that there were several plugs that I can use!! So far, of the 9 plugs, I have used 6!! I think that's awesome!! so thanks, I wish I had asked the guy his name!

Had an issue with my laptop not charging. It was determined the charger was faulty. Purchased this one and it worked great! Was very easy to set it up, choose the proper ender to charge my laptop, it seems to be a quality item and worked right away. Thought it was a bit pricey though, with all the different charge tips it can be used on multiple items.

It has several adapters that fit virtually any computer so we are able to charge multiple devices without having to purchase separate chargers. It is a bit pricey though.

Perfect for a lost or broken charger. I have Asus laptop and found the right tip to fit. If I had a complaint, the tip does fit the opening of the laptop but does not go all the way in, so it sticks out about 3/16". I understand they make the charger for the masses so wont be perfect for every laptop. Better than no charger at all. Otherwise, works just as it should

This charger works well, and I like that it has adapters for different laptops. However, since the adapters are interchangeable, they do fall off pretty easily when plugged in, so your laptop can often be not charging when you think it is.

This laptop charger works great for my HP laptop. Plus it has other attachments that can be used for other model laptop also.

Came in clutch when basement flooded making original coats unusable.

No Issue, works well as a replacement charger for my Acer 5 Inspire Laptop. Please if possible open the box and check. The Best Buy Rep told my son, it wouldn't work. Even though prior to it stated it would. That is why I gave it 4 Stars, (It would be 5) if the Rep didn't just try and get rid of us.

This item is not universal for DELL, as I found out the hard way. Even though the computer sales staff looked up my account and confirmed my DELL Inspiron, they all insisted a universal charger would work on a DELL – WRONG! When I returned it, Revin told me DELL uses proprietary connections for their DELL computers, and I’d need to contact them directly – also WRONG. I later discovered that the C-Connector for new Apple phones works perfectly, as long as I use Apple’s connector with direct AC power or a large battery wall charger – WORKS. 1. No need for a DELL C-Connector; it fits and works perfectly. 2. Always get a second opinion, as this was the second-floor support tech error, where supervisors and their teams lacked technical knowledge. 3. The return policy is seamless. Overall, it’s clear why Best Buy is closing its stores and shifting to an online model—to reduce errors and improve customer relations. I’ll still be a customer, though I’m figuring out how to navigate this new world of an uninformed workforce.
