So I called the "877-467-4289" number on the bag of tips, and the representative told me they don't have a list of the available tips, don't have the sizes of the tips, and cannot help. I told them the tip size needed (5.5mm x 2.1mm ) but they had no way to look it up. To Insignia: you want to sell this product without returns? list voltage, amperage, every tip available with dimensions.

I verified twice that this was compatible with my Lenovo IdeaPad. I used it for less than a day and the tip separated IN my laptop. My laptop is now unusable as part of it is STUCK in my charging port. This wasn't a cheap charger. At $60, I expect a quality charger. I can't believe Best Buy is selling this junk. Now I'm out the cost of the charger AND have to pay a few hundred dollars to have the laptop fixed. Learn from my expensive mistake.

However, my computer accidentally fell from about a ft. with the charger plugged in and the tip broke. It didn't fall hard at all, but the tip is plastic; seems like. Now I have to spend another $50+ on an entire new set or buy a different one :(.
