Universal charger saved the day

The plugs didn't match American plugs, but the Geek Squad sold me a universal laptop charger that worked just fine -- now I have a backup in case of anymore trouble. Totally worth it.

Since I live in Long Beach, I didn't want to have to make an extra trip back and was thrilled to find the universal charger at my local Best Buy! My AV Team at UCLA rescued my HP charger and now, I always carry the universal charger with me and leave my other one at home.

Stopped into BBY in Strongsville. Didn't know what wattage/size to buy. Talked to in-store Geek Squad. They asked if I had Notebook with me. Went to car, got it and brought it in. They hooked up several they had behind the counter. Determined that 65W was all I needed. It has worked flawless for that trip and subsequent one.

The only issue I have is that the adapter is a little too loose in its port. With the manufacturer's plug, I heard a click when I inserted the adapter. All in all, it's cool.
