    This is excellent! It comes with many options to fit the laptop that you need. The quality is outstanding, 10X better than the quality of the original power supply I got with my laptop. I am almost glad I needed to replace the original. It was recommended by Geek Squad and I recommend it too!

    My laptop would not charge properly. At first I purchased a new battery, and that did not help, so I took it to Best Buy and they deduced it was the power cord!!!!

    Was traveling and accidentally took the wrong power supply with me. BB had a universal in stock and it solved my problem. With the additional connectors that came with it, can use this power supply with other electronics.

    Great product. My original HP charger was giving me trouble for some time. The fold in plug wasn't holding so my laptop wouldn't be charging after starting out okay. Was very skeptical about buying a "universal product", but so far it's been great (3 months+). Would buy again.

    Our laptop power cord broke when dropping it a short distance. We were unsure if it was the computer or cord. Best Buy checked the computer and noted the battery was good and, directed us to this cord that works perfectly.
