My old charger was broken and this was a good replacement for multiple items in one purchase. It doesnt charge as quickly as my old charger, but the time difference doesnt actually make a much of a difference in practice.

I needed to replace it with something better and this charger worked perfectly. It works with various models because you can change the connector tips. A big plus is that it is very lightweight. All it needs is to have a small carry case but besides that, so far so good. highly recommended.

My original HP charger was giving me trouble for some time. The fold in plug wasn't holding so my laptop wouldn't be charging after starting out okay. Was very skeptical about buying a "universal product", but so far it's been great (3 months+). Would buy again.

To Charge or not to use!

Technician "ADAM" took one look at my HP Laptop and said he knew exactly what I needed. He removed it from the box, chose the correct addition to make it work and made a very bothersome and/or layperson challenging purchase go very smoothly. Thanks ADAM!! You're Great!!

BB had a universal in stock and it solved my problem. With the additional connectors that came with it, can use this power supply with other electronics.

You plug it in it works. That is what they are supposed to do right? I do like all the little adapters we have used a few of them so it makes this set very handy.
