Reasonably priced and came with multiple options for different types of laptops. I haven’t had any problems with the power cable. Best Buy offers several versions with different voltage. Make sure pick the right one.

It gets the job done, solid build with thick wires, the finish is good no unfinished edges. I like all the different attachments so I will keep it as my back up charger for my computers.

Works perfectly. Has multiple tips for multiple laptops they also have a note that says they'll send the right rip for free if the kit doesn't have one for the laptop your using. What a benefit!!!

This universal power cord saved us b/c our new rescue family member chewed up the original power cord to our sons laptop one week before school started this fall. Thankyou Best Buy for selling this product!

Works great and charges my laptop well. It took some time to figure out what tip I need but to be fair I have a asus laptop which isn’t one the standards

I was in need of a new laptop charger for my Dell. So I took it into a Bestbuy near me and was assured by two different team memebers that it was the right item. It did not really fit well but thought maybe since its aftermarket it may just fit like that. I used it on a couple trips and on my last one it stopped working. I took my laptop and the charger back into a Best Buy and had Geek folks look at it. They could not confirm or disprove what the issue was. When I got back to my office after being without a laptop on my sales trip I plugged my computer back into its Dell plug and it fired right back up. I do not have the box or the additional plugs Or I would be bringing it back. While everyone in the two stores I visited were very nice, I can't help but think they did not know what they were doing in this case.

I lost my original laptop charger and bought this one from BestBuy. This is a universal charger with different adapters to fit and charge different brands laptops.

Exactly what I needed for my work laptop. Got all the way up to my daughters and forgot my charger for my laptop Best Buy tech offered to help and had me back out the door within a few minutes! Worked right out of the box.

The charger took awhile to charge my laptop. Once it was charged, it stayed charge. The tip stuck out a little bit in my Dell laptop. It has multiple tips for other laptops.

purchased this to replace the original power cord for my dell laptop that mysteriously stopped working. there are 9 tips that connect to the charger and they are for several different brands of laptops. no issues with charging since I started using it.

The Insignia universal 65W laptop charger is excellent. Met all my needs. I had 2 different laptops and both chargers wore out and this one can be used with both. Excellent deisgn and idea.

It works fine as a universal power source as my Dell Power Source went out after 3 years. I just have to make sure the adapter stays plugged in.

The cord is a universal cord so it can fit a lot of laptops. It served its purpose well. However, it is expensive. I got a different cord instead at a better price than this one.
