This universal charger works like any others. You get a charger brick and the adapter head is modular so you can put a different plug based on your needsThe charger will work with most computers and the cool thing about the charger is that if you don’t have a adapter that fits you can look up what computer you have and they will send you one that fits. That being said I had an ASUS Zenbook pro 15 flip and it didn’t have the right adapter. You put your computer make and model number to find the right one. So I went to the website to find my right adapter but I came across a problem. I couldn’t figure out which laptop charger I needed. It may be exclusive to zen book but there was multiple options that MAYBE fit my computer but none of them exactly matched my model number. The process became very frustrating very quickly. I’m not sure most people would have this same issue but it felt impossible for me. It was still a nice attempt/feature that they’re willing to get you a working adapter. I just think some more guidance would be needed

Super cheap option for me instead of getting a Lenovo charger that is super expensive and takes a long time to arrive, and this way I have a ton of options and I was able to continue my semester!!!

The multi charger is decent investment for the price. I have had no problems as of yet and don’t anticipate any in the future.

The charger fit but was not powerful enough to charge while second monitor was connected to laptop

The charger works very well. However, since the purchase I have found that there are other chargers on the market that are designed specifically for my computer that are not nearly as expensive.

Less than one year use, but so far so good. The connector to my laptop is a bit loose and requires careful insertion and balance to keep it connected while charging.

The store sales man helped me get the right charger. It works great.

Works as intended, the connector on the PC end is much better than the original adapter. Sort of snaps in and stays connected. original was always loose and falling out.

This was a great purchase. The power cord has multiple adapters so I can use it for multiple devices rather than having to buy more power cords.

Very good product that I am very satisfied with! The versatility of the products allows me to use it with many different laptops! The only downside is it is pricey, but it's a great product nonetheless!

After my electric cord for my pc stopped working, it was almost impossible to find a replacement. After searching this was the one product that could do the job.

I am the type of customer that likes to match their brands to their products, so I was disappointed when I learned that I had to use an off brand but it works! I own an HP envy and it powers up my laptop just as the original charger it came with.

Lost cord to laptop. So needed this for laptop. Could have gotten on Amazon but prefer the Geek squad and Best Buy service.

Good find for older laptops wherenthe power cords are harder to come by

Purchased for my daughter and now all the family has used it when we misplace/replace our chargers. Has b|n our lifesaver on a few occasions.

It worked great and i use it almost everyday. I had lost my other charger and thought i wasn't going to be able to use my laptop anymore more, but thanks to Best buy i can use it again yay

Saved a weekend when I had planned a writing retreat and forgot my power cord. Cones out a tad too easily, however.
