This was perfect. Not only did it have the piece I was looking for but the additonal pieces were useful. I love it.

Bought this because my HP charger wasn't charging my laptop so I assumed it was the charger. This universal one worked for the length of time I used it, but then I realized it was the port on the laptop that was the problem, it had become very loose. So I returned this, but it did work well.

We were on vacation and did not have our charger. We drove 45 mins and picked up the last one at the Reno store. It worked.

Lost the connector cord from my HP laptop adapter box to wall outlet. Disappointed that I had to buy a complete new adapter. But this one has pin attachments for all brands, so will be OK if i get a new laptop in a different brand

I lost the cord to my laptop which I purchased from Best Buy, so I ordered this cord/charger. It works great, but does come unplugged sometimes.

works great. thought the price was too high. was at another store the next day and bought another one for a backup for 30 less! wish they would sell adapters separately thats what usually breaks!

The product is a great product, make sure that it fits your device, if it does it will do great. It fits many devices, but didn’t on mine. So I reordered it... and note it does. Working great. Thanks Best Buy.

This charger is great. Having multiple adapters even better when there are multiple devices this can be used for!!

IMy work cord was not charging and my employer was sending out another one in a couple of days. However, I needed to send a report in that day to meet a deadline. The cord charged my laptop and it came with many sizes of adaptors. Of course, one of them worked!

Good if you need a replacement but theres no downside to this product. I bought this for my Samsung Galaxy Book that I bought in Jan 2020. though it doesnt say Samsung in the specs of this charger, it works for it.
