I have different kinds of electronics. They don’t all have the same plugin. It is nice to have fewer cords to wind up and try to secure. I can change the plugin and charge up my HP, Dell, and Acer.

Had all adapters needed!!! My mother was in a pinch for work related issues, she needed a laptop charger.

This Universal charger works! We had purchased a cheaper version at another store and had to return it. Which brings me to the point….WHY IS A CHARGER SO EXPENSIVE?? Totally Ridiculous from our point of view.

The Insignia brand universal laptop charger is really good for me because I can use it for both my HP laptop and my Dell laptop.

Great product and service. Husband was having surgery and I forgot my laptop cord. Realized it at 7:30pm. Best Buy was open and had what I needed and directed me right to it!

Left my charger and had to buy a new universal one. I like that it is interchangeable for various computers and will provide ease of mind knowing that I will always have a charger for my electronics.

This 65W universal charger did not work on my Dell Inspiron laptop. The laptop functioned when plugged in, but the battery remained at 0%. When I returned it, I was told that when that happens, it is the laptop battery, not the charger. This was incorrect information. There was an error message when plugged in that the charger might not be compatible, AND I took the laptop to a repair service, and when they plugged it to their charger, it began charging immediately. ALSO, when I returned it, my Master Card used for the payment had been cancelled because of fraud charges, and the manager told me the credit for the returned itemwould appear in my bank account anyway, even though the card was invalid -- he said it happens all the time!!! I guess he assumed I was a moron. The manager also said they could not put the credit on another card. I have not received any credit for this return!!! Steer clear of the Cranberry Township, PA store. They don't have a clue what they are doing, and also lie to their customers in unique situations just to get rid of them because they are totally incompetent and don't know what they are doing. I told them clearly that the credit for the purchase would never make it to my bank repeatly, and they insisted it definitely would. I also told them that their purchasing system should have rejected the cancelled credit card, just like it would for a purchase, and it did not!!! How can that possibly be the case -- AND IT IS!!! Is that Iintentionally built-in to their system? Why can't they take a swipe from another card for the return credit??? It's all inconceivable to me -- and I'm down $65 with nothing to show for it. It's just wrong. I'm furious, and will continue to fight them, but what a freaking' hassle and unnecessary time spent. If I could give minus 5 stars, I would!!!

Was able to find a replacement charger for my computer after my dog caused me to dry my computer with the charger in and caused it to bend. Works perfectly.

I definitely think this universal adapter works well for its price. I've bought several others and this was one of the better ones. It works well with Lenovo and Dell laptops.

It does what it is supposed to do, powered my laptop when I foolishly left home without the power cable! Very nice to buy something that works as it is supposed to!

Since this comes with all kinds of different connections it works for practically every computer I have. I mainly use it for my laptop which isnt very often!

This charger works great! If the included charger tip isn’t in the box, there’s a website they direct you to go to and find the right tip with your laptop model number free of charge. If you are expecting the charger to fit right out of the box then I would recommend you take the laptop itself to the store so you can make sure it fits and charges before even taking it home. Any associate on the floor or geek squad can assist you!

This adapter worked very well and it's awesome how many different options of plug sizes you get
