The charger was perfectly fine, it just didn’t have the USB-C laptop charger that I needed. For my Lenovo laptop. But the cashier at the time looked up the the kind of charger I needed and realized they didn’t have it, and offered me her own personal charger seeing I was distraught after going store to store. That was the greatest experience I’ve ever had in any store ever.

Best Buy really came through for me this time! I was in another city, far from home, and I left my laptop charger cord safely on my desk at home! I had important messages to send out, as well as a couple of big projects to complete. I was so grateful that there was a Best Buy in my destination city, with exactly the product I needed to complete the job and have a successful trip. Thank you so much! I needed a new laptop charger. This one was exactly what I needed. It had several different attachments that would allowed it to be used with different laptops. The employee that waited on me went above and beyond to make sure this was what I needed for my laptop.

the charger works good as the original, the only difference is the original is very smaller than this one, besides that, is a good product

I like the fact that you can use it to charge multiple electronics. Helped out a lot since I couldn't find some of my chargers for certain electronics. Real life saver.
