Worked perfectly!!! Easy solution. Needed a quick soultion to my laptop not charging...

I had lost my charger to my computer so i bought this charger. It works perfectly.

Works fine! I purchased this charger because I had lost my previous charger. This charger fits my computer as well as other computers with the adapters that are included in the package. I have really been satisfied with this purchase.

I love that this universal charger. I appreciate the manual shows which pieces are compatible with my laptop. It saved me time from having to try them all to see what fit my specific laptop.

Got this fir my wife's laptop and it works reall great. My wife is happy to have her laptop back in use!

All the products that I have bought at Best Buy have been excellent I have never had a complaint. The tv s that I bought many years ago are still working I have never had to call a tech to come to fix any of the 3 that I bought at Best Buy on north 10th.

This 65W universal charger did not work on my Dell Inspiron laptop. The laptop functioned when plugged in, but the battery remained at 0%. When I returned it, I was told that when that happens, it is the laptop battery, not the charger. This was incorrect information. There was an error message when plugged in that the charger might not be compatible, AND I took the laptop to a repair service, and when they plugged it to their charger, it began charging immediately. ALSO, when I returned it, my Master Card used for the payment had been cancelled because of fraud charges, and the manager told me the credit for the returned itemwould appear in my bank account anyway, even though the card was invalid -- he said it happens all the time!!! I guess he assumed I was a moron. The manager also said they could not put the credit on another card. I have not received any credit for this return!!! Steer clear of the Cranberry Township, PA store. They don't have a clue what they are doing, and also lie to their customers in unique situations just to get rid of them because they are totally incompetent and don't know what they are doing. I told them clearly that the credit for the purchase would never make it to my bank repeatly, and they insisted it definitely would. I also told them that their purchasing system should have rejected the cancelled credit card, just like it would for a purchase, and it did not!!! How can that possibly be the case -- AND IT IS!!! Is that Iintentionally built-in to their system? Why can't they take a swipe from another card for the return credit??? It's all inconceivable to me -- and I'm down $65 with nothing to show for it. It's just wrong. I'm furious, and will continue to fight them, but what a freaking' hassle and unnecessary time spent. If I could give minus 5 stars, I would!!!

After misplacing my original cord I couldn't find another that worked. Stopped into Best Buy and grabbed this one and guess what? Works like a charm!

This universal charger saved my life! I'm so glad I made this purchase. It has multiple adapters that are convenient when I leave a particular device behind. This was a great purchase and I'm happy about it.

works great , plenty of adapter fittings , a bit pricey but after buying a charger online that should have been compatible but wasn't, the time and frustration saved were worth the extra dollars

Has everything you will need to charge any laptop, also includes a paper inside where if you don't have the adapter you need they will send one to you.

My power cord had stopped working, so I needed a new one. I had never before had to do that, but the salesman showed me what I needed and now I'm back in business. Yes, I'm happy with this laptop charger.

Definitely worth getting, save me trying to buy the plug i needed and with the extra tops. You wont need to worry about god forbid needing another wire.

I like simplicity and this product is simple. Just find the right tip, and they are clearly labeled. Then plug it in and you are done.
