I was traveling and forgot my com0puter charger and this charger has attachments for any computer that you have or my have in the future.

This universal charger was an excellent choice because it has multiple pieces that fit other devices i need to charge.

It was a open item and not only did I save money It does charge my laptop.

This charger has come in handy. I have an ASUS X401A & the charger randomly went out and I needed a replacement. This charges my laptop quicker than the one it initially came with.

This purchase saved me valuable time, as i was working. My company provided charger broke, and i was thankful Best Buy had a universal charger.

This 65W universal charger did not work on my Dell Inspiron laptop. The laptop functioned when plugged in, but the battery remained at 0%. When I returned it, I was told that when that happens, it is the laptop battery, not the charger. This was incorrect information. There was an error message when plugged in that the charger might not be compatible, AND I took the laptop to a repair service, and when they plugged it to their charger, it began charging immediately. ALSO, when I returned it, my Master Card used for the payment had been cancelled because of fraud charges, and the manager told me the credit for the returned itemwould appear in my bank account anyway, even though the card was invalid -- he said it happens all the time!!! I guess he assumed I was a moron. The manager also said they could not put the credit on another card. I have not received any credit for this return!!! Steer clear of the Cranberry Township, PA store. They don't have a clue what they are doing, and also lie to their customers in unique situations just to get rid of them because they are totally incompetent and don't know what they are doing. I told them clearly that the credit for the purchase would never make it to my bank repeatly, and they insisted it definitely would. I also told them that their purchasing system should have rejected the cancelled credit card, just like it would for a purchase, and it did not!!! How can that possibly be the case -- AND IT IS!!! Is that Iintentionally built-in to their system? Why can't they take a swipe from another card for the return credit??? It's all inconceivable to me -- and I'm down $65 with nothing to show for it. It's just wrong. I'm furious, and will continue to fight them, but what a freaking' hassle and unnecessary time spent. If I could give minus 5 stars, I would!!!

I left the charger for my MSI Modern 15 laptop home when on a trip. I checked Best Buy for a universal 65W laptop charger and found this one. Although it did not list my laptop as compatible, a helpful Best Buy employee let me open the package to see if it included a compatible adapter plug. Yes, it did. Has worked flawlessly since purchase. I like this universal charger better than my OEM charger because it has a longer cord.

I misplaced the charger for my Dell Inspiron laptop. This charger works as well as the original - it charges. As long as the adapter plug works this charger should be good for any laptop.
