However, the charge doesn't last very long for some reason. But at least my laptop is charged. I would recommend this item if there there is no other choice.

I can have one powercord and just switch out the tips without worrying about plugging in and out the cords at the powerstrip!! Easy peasy!!

Good replacement cord

We found this and it worked great and we now have an extra cord in case one is needed.

Worked for my Dell

A new Dell plug is ridiculously expensive, and the Insignia brand came with a number of different heads to connect. It’s not a perfect fit like the Dell branded AC plug, but it will do the trick, and I paid a fraction of the price. I also know that if I need an AC plug for another laptop, one of the other heads in the box will probably work.
