I bought this product as a backup because I have to take my laptop back and forth from home to work and I love it not having to carry extra stuff around and it works great I'm happy with my purchase thank you. I am now going to be probably picking up another one just because I have another Center to run so this way I can go from one place to another

I purchased this so I could run my personal laptop (Lenovo Ideapad 3 15IIL05) and my work laptop (HP Elitebook 850 G6) with a single charger. Note that I had to take both of my laptops to the Best Buy to verify that the charger worked; there was no guarantee of compatibility without that, So far, it has worked exactly as I hoped. I have a carrier bag that has a zip pocket where I keep the unused charger heads (in the original ziplock pouch) and I also keep the head for my other unit there. The charger seems robust and durable.

Works for multiple laptops easy to use. Plug and charge no problem

Great buy. It's like having a multi tool but for computers. Sadly, many laptops aren't as durable as they used to be. We've found that many end up having battery issues the moment warranty coverage ends. When that happens or my kids lose chargers in their rooms, this nifty interchangeable charger is pulled out. Works great on HP, ASUS and Sony laptops so far.

This charger works well and I love the alternate plugs in case I need to charge something different

Exactly what I needed to replace my charger for an HP Laptop but also provided several connection for other devices.

I like the assortment of connections that came with the transformer which makes the transformer useful with a variety of computers, not just the computer that I purchased it for...economical purchase. They had me bring my computer with me to make sure that that I got the correct connector.

The Insignia Universal Charger did indeed power my three laptops. I have an old HP, an old Lenovo and a newer HP laptop that worked flawlessly with the universal chagrer.

A basic but vital laptop charger saved me when I had a deadline to meet. Great piece of essential equipment.

This charger set has been a life-changer! Upon losing my charger and buying this one, I've been able to charge all the computers in our house at one time or another using this Insignia charging kit with the multiple adapter heads. The staff were super helpful finding the right product for our needs at the store. I will be back!

Got it for my 3 year old Dell Inspiron. One of the plugs DOES fit and gets the recipient charged up, but there's still a little wiggle room with some of the male end hanging out of the receptacle. Not the first time I've had this issue, so I know to move it around gently so I don't damage anything.

I broke the tip/ring connector on my computer power supply so I got a new one at Best Buy in Battle Creek. The people there were very friendly and helpful. They hooked me up with a perfect match to my old laptop. Now I'm able to watch DVD's, play CD's and work on my computer again. Thank you BB!

Charger stopped working for my Acer laptop. Did the research and showed that this one had the right adapter which fit my Acer laptop perfectly. Even if it didn’t, you can Knutson the correct one through the manufacturer for no additional charge. The process appears to be easy. Also, Best Buy has a website you can go to to figure which adapter will fit your laptop and if it is included in the box. If not, you can order as mentioned above. Overall, very convenient and came through in a pinch.

I was a little skeptical because the interchangeable tips don’t seem to walk on tightly, but I’ve gotten a lot of use out of it so far and it’s less expensive than I remembered paying. One thing I love about this versus using a c-port on my laptop is that it freezes up that c-port for use otherwise.

I have this charger for a couple of years now and it works great no issues and charges well. I would recommend if you need a replacement. The bonus of having all the charging ends helps with several items
