Tha Ambassador Drive Best Buy HORRIBLE service. The Geek agent barley wanted to work just wanted to check computer in and send away. This has been my experience everytime I go to that store. HOWEVER when I went to the liberty store very pleasant and helpful. I have paid for Geek Squad service agreement for YEARS and virtually have never used. Hmmm? Will I continue? Somewhat doubtful! Try CUSTOMER SERVICE! When a computer is brought in there is usually a quick fix if they would bother to check BEFORE saying that it will have to be sent in.

Have an Insignia TV and it has been most reliable and liked that this charger works with multiple laptops.

Item good! Process of setting up appointment with Geek Squad is pain in the rear. The people who answer phone in other countries do NOT speak English well or clearly most of the time, VERY BAD customer service.

Very handy to have all the different charger sizes, I have 2 other laptops that of course, have different size charger ports

My old laptop charging cord was getting frayed and wires were cutting lose, so this new laptop charging cord is doing just great and it is more stronger and tougher than the old cord.

I have a very old HP laptop that I needed to get some documents off of. I had lost the charger some years ago, but was lucky to find this universal charger online! The only reason that I didn’t give this five stars is because the labels for each charger end are a little confusing and it’s not super clear what ends are compatible with which computer models.

This charger fit my laptop perfectly, and other electronics as well. I am super pleased that it doesn't get too hot also, as I have had that problem with other chargers.

I have an old computer and the adapter work great.

This is a good power supply with lots of adapters. The one supplied for a Dell Inspiron (4.5mm) is slightly too long and gives an intermittent connection. If you push it in very hard and hold it it will charge the Inspiron. It would also be nice if it had a USB C charge capability.

If you need an adapter for an older Lenovo laptop, this is the one. Get this adapter because it is the only replacement you will find for an older Lenovo laptop.

Easily found the adapter we needed. There are adapters for most all makes of laptops. We had left our charger home by mistake and this was a lifesaver.

Thus product works as expected i wouldnt change anything
