In a very short time they thought it was just the "charger". They further checked and confirmed that was the problem. They did their job quickly and professionally. I only had to pay $20 something instead of buying a new laptop. A good day for me. Thanks.

It actually only works for 4 different brands. It says it works for HP. I have two HP laptops, and it doesn’t fit either one. Do not buy this unless you can try it first at the store. Haven’t had time to go back so it’s wasted money.
