I called in to seek aid with the specific charger I needed for my computer. When I called, I was welcomed with great greetings and gestures. I was able to receive the help I need and was able to purchase exactly what I needed and more. The pickup was easy going .

I had to replace the charger on my HP laptop after about 2 years. This one works fine although it uses one of the many plugs it comes with & isn't a direct replacement.

Got it for my 3 year old Dell Inspiron. One of the plugs DOES fit and gets the recipient charged up, but there's still a little wiggle room with some of the male end hanging out of the receptacle. Not the first time I've had this issue, so I know to move it around gently so I don't damage anything.

This charger set has been a life-changer! Upon losing my charger and buying this one, I've been able to charge all the computers in our house at one time or another using this Insignia charging kit with the multiple adapter heads. The staff were super helpful finding the right product for our needs at the store. I will be back!

Charger stopped working for my Acer laptop. Did the research and showed that this one had the right adapter which fit my Acer laptop perfectly. Even if it didn’t, you can Knutson the correct one through the manufacturer for no additional charge. The process appears to be easy. Also, Best Buy has a website you can go to to figure which adapter will fit your laptop and if it is included in the box. If not, you can order as mentioned above. Overall, very convenient and came through in a pinch.

The purchase of the charger allowed me to use my computer again, as the original charger insert had been twisted and was in danger of breaking off or getting stuck in the computer.

Works well for multiple laptops. Would recommend it for personal and IT applications.

I accidentally left my HP laptop charger at home and was on a business trip. I was very happy to find this charger at a local Best Buy. It works great and now I just keep it in my laptop bag for use when I’m not working at home. I’ve been using it off and on for almost 2 months now and it charges as expected and I haven’t had any issues.

My laptop charger connection to the computer was shaky, so I bought a new one. The first one didn't have the right connection, so I exchanged it and Best Buy was gooe about it. The new one works pretty well. The netbook charges more smoothly, though it's not perfect. The trouble is that the manufacturer doesn't give you enough info on the box about what computers the plug will fit into. It tried its best, though.
