The product provides many adapters to fit just about any model of laptop made. Clear detail for each adapter provided making it super easy to connect and get my laptop running again!!!

Kind of over supporting my local retailer after this. better service from Amazon.

Since the charger was universal, I feel it may not have been the best recommendation. A charger specifically manufactured for the HP laptop probably would have been better. In addition, Best Buy policy only gives 14 days for a return, which is not enough time to determine if the purchased item is adequate

Universal charger

My charger has broke while working from home. This was a great purchase. The universal charger is compatible to a few of our devices. I bought it back in October 2022 and it’s still working great and it was an open box purchase.

Bought this and it worked perfectly and had a guide with model #'s and which connector to use! The cost was also a lot less than buying a charger from Dell.
