Needing a new laptop chord fast, I ran to Best Buy, This was pretty much my only option, but I am very happy with it as we can use it for more than just the laptop.

I needed a replacement power cord for my lap top because the original one fell apart. Best Buy had just what I needed and the employees were very helpful and made sure I got the correct cord.

My grandson needed an adapter and I had no idea what I was looking for. With help from an employee, I was shown this adapter. I must say, it was perfect for him. Easy to find which tip was the one we needed.

I highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy this, it charges fast and there is no issue. I thing it's better than the original if im being honest

Works great on my grand daughters laptop. The price was great and I was able to purchase it right away from the store. Better than ordering one from the manufacturer and waiting for it to ship!

Needed 2nd charger for laptop. Shopped around and this one was best buy. Other than tip coming off now and then it is perfect. Not a big issue overall. Charges the system well.

After trying the manufacturer's replacement charger cord and it not working, we were a little skeptical about this universal charger. It is just right and now we will have options when we buy a new computer.

Exactly what I was looking for in a charger……………..

I purchased this product, took it home, and the tip for my laptop did not work. I tested another tip for a loaner laptop I had at the time and it worked fine. So I returned it and asked the Geek Squad guys to test it along with the replacement I was getting. Sure enough that first tip was bad and the second product has worked fine so far. My greatest complaint is Best Buy pulled the Rocketfish universal power adapters off the shelf and now only carries their own Insignia brand. As a consumer I like choice, so please don't feed me one option or I will start making purchases from your competitors when I travel to bigger cities.

I have a total of three computers in my home all different brands. And the universal charger with multiple adapters, I found very useful and charged my laptops perfectly.

Dog chewed wife’s laptop charger on her Asus laptop. Works great as a replacement and comes with several adapters so should work for nearly all models.

Unfortunately it didn't work for my laptop, but I don't think it was the problem. I ended up having an internal battery failure. Overall it's a good device to use

It's a lot better than my old one. This one is also more versatile.

It was a great buy. Pricey but can definitely be used for multiple items including my printer.

This adaptor has worked really well with three different models of laptop.

works great, easy to install and use, have been very pleased with the ease of use , if I need another I would definite get another.

I bought this for my wife's laptop when she was in the hospital to give her something to watch because our puppy chewed up the original and it worked great loved it very simple and easy!!! Great product.
