My grandson needed an adapter and I had no idea what I was looking for. With help from an employee, I was shown this adapter. I must say, it was perfect for him. Easy to find which tip was the one we needed.

The item works as advertized. I chose it because of the price, which was less expensive than the branded version. I've used it for about 2 months.

I bought it in the spare of the moment. It has come in handy many times. I will buy a couple more soon.

perfect replacement part for lost charging cord. also has many attachments so can be used for other electronics if needed

Unfortunately it didn't work for my laptop, but I don't think it was the problem. I ended up having an internal battery failure. Overall it's a good device to use

I have a few different laptops and invariably pick up the wrong cord. This allows me to have an adapter for each of them on hand.

After trying the manufacturer's replacement charger cord and it not working, we were a little skeptical about this universal charger. It is just right and now we will have options when we buy a new computer.

Needed 2nd charger for laptop. Shopped around and this one was best buy. Other than tip coming off now and then it is perfect. Not a big issue overall. Charges the system well.

I have a total of three computers in my home all different brands. And the universal charger with multiple adapters, I found very useful and charged my laptops perfectly.

I bring this on trips and cannot say how many times I have bailed out coworkers with this. It has worked on over 5 different laptops all varying brands.

My laptop cord grew legs and walked away! This worked perfectly, it has multiple tips so it can be used with all of our laptops. To make it even better the price was great!

I purchased this product, took it home, and the tip for my laptop did not work. I tested another tip for a loaner laptop I had at the time and it worked fine. So I returned it and asked the Geek Squad guys to test it along with the replacement I was getting. Sure enough that first tip was bad and the second product has worked fine so far. My greatest complaint is Best Buy pulled the Rocketfish universal power adapters off the shelf and now only carries their own Insignia brand. As a consumer I like choice, so please don't feed me one option or I will start making purchases from your competitors when I travel to bigger cities.

I bought this for my wife's laptop when she was in the hospital to give her something to watch because our puppy chewed up the original and it worked great loved it very simple and easy!!! Great product.

Nice Power Adapter for my work laptop. Unfortunately it would work for me! It would not fit me Lenovo Laptop!

Multi funcional and very good quality charger. I made a great choice on buying it and I'm happy with it!. I can use this charger for different laptops in my house and that's best part!.

Not strong enough to recharge battery of an HP 365 laptop. But will work if it stays plugged in.

I went on business meeting out of state. Forgot to pack the charger. This was a great replacement without worry.

I bought a used Toshiba laptop from another source, but they shipped a faulty power supply. I was able to use this with the correct adapter for the Toshiba to work properly.
