The charger of the laptop is broken and find this and is work perfect !!! work the same to the original with varius adapters for diferent brand is rocks

Right out of the box this adapter worked for my laptop. And it has enough different adapters to cover my other devices or loan to a colleague in a jam.

While virus has made us change how we do things, what should not change is the way customers are treated - unfortunately I have found the people working in the stores to be overall very rude - I recognize all are doing more with less there is no reason to not be helpful or dismissive. The product I bought works and charges my computer, the fit is not very good.

A good buy since our dog chewed through the original cord. Not too fond of the angle of the plugs, & they don't stay firmly connected all the time.

The universal adapter is useful if you have more than one computer with frayed cords. It's a lot bulkier than the adapter for my particular laptop.

Needed this for an open box laptop I was buying there. If you need this, be sure to test the plugs with the device you will be using it on. I was given the incorrect unit at first. It looked like the plug fit but I didn't plug it in to wall power to verify it was charging. Turned out it was the wrong model. So, I had to go back to the store and exchange it. Just a little frustrating to waste the time going back and forth

Bought it late one night got it opened easy to hook the end you need for you laptop in the cord and you have to pull on it hard to change the end I would buy it again

We have an old laptop and this had the adapter we needed. Happy with it so we didn't have to get a new laptop just yet.

I was in need of a laptop charger in a hurry. Went in to best buy and looked around at different models. Liked that this one worked for my Dell and my wife's Mac. No complaints for the price.
