The charger was my second replacement charger for my laptop. This charger has a long chord, which is definitely a nice feature as you have more mobility. The addition of several tips to interchange was also a nice feature. It seems as though this charger is built more durable for the money.

Left my power adapter for my laptop at home--while on an out-of-town trip...help! BestBuy to the rescue! This adapter is a little bigger than the OEM one, but did the job, and has multiple plug-ins, so it can back up my other, older laptop, too.

I loved that it had basically every option under the sun to figure it which charging adapter for my port . I didn’t have to worry, I just tried which one would be the best fit. It definitely took the guess work out of figuring out which charger I needed.

The charger fits well. I misplaced mine & it was a reasonable price. It also came with like 4 other sizes. One of the guys who helped me also said if it doesn't work, that I should call the number on the box and they'd find & somehow send one to me. Nice thoughts!!

Very simple to configure and great value for the price. The various adapter heads included covered both of the monitors that I had in my office. Perfect for those back-up monitors whose adapters have been misplaced.

Great charger works well and never gave me problems

I bought this as a gift for someone who had lost the power adapter to his laptop computer. Money wise, this was much less expensive than trying to get the power cord from the computer manufacturer, plus this adapts to a number of different laptops so can be used down the road.

Lost are laptop power cord and needed to use the laptop right away. We would have had to order the power cord online and wait. This adapter works perfectly and we were able to charge our laptop right away. Good price and we can use it for our other laptop with a different charger.

Purchased as an open box on a business trip. All accessories were included, and one of the adapters worked perfectly with a Toshiba laptop. Seems to charge as well as the stock power supply. Great backup power supply that will work on many different models.

Comes with a variety of plug-in heads. Works with my HP laptop, and another head works for my daughter's HP laptop. Sadly, it did not work with my old Toshiba tablet, but that one is old. Good price for the product.

This product was much cheaper than the name brand adapter for my computer. The thing I like best is that it comes with many tips for various different computer brands to have handy in case one of your friends needs to borrow your adapter. Great item for an even greater price.

This power adapter works great. Was a little sceptical at first but works like a original adapter for our laptop. And with the different plugs you can use it for all different kinds of models/brands.

I was out of town for a family emergency and had to submit my company's payroll remotely. I realized I left my power cord at home. I was in as panic because I couldn't possibly not pay the employees on time. I looked on the Best Buy website and it looked like the power cord for my laptop was out of stock. I called the local Best Buy and explained my problem. He told me that the Insignia universal adapter would work, so I processed the purchase through the website and picked it up curbside within an hour. One of the adapters fit my laptop perfectly and payroll was processed!

A Best Buy in store Geek Squad agent introduced me to this Laptop charger as an alternative to contacting Dell and buying for a new one for my several year older laptop, and waiting for them to ship it out, IF, Dell still would even have it. This charger works wonderfully with my Dell Inspiron 7500 2n1, and glad that I bought it. I Also noticed that this universal laptop charger doesn't heat up like the laptop charger constantly did that Dell gave when I bought this computer years ago.

I have been using the adapter for several months and I have been totally satisfied. Where it plugs into the computer can be rotated according to if your outlet is in front of you or behind you and it doesn't stick too far out from the side of the computer. Long cord.

Needed a charger for my laptop as I left mine at home. The team member assisted me with what would work for my dell. Computer charged within a couple of hours.

I have used this replacement for only 3 weeks, but it works well and as described on the Best Buy website. It comes with 6 or more adapter ends. Fortunately one of them fits my Dell laptop. The adapter end does not fully plug into the the laptap charging port because the tip of the adapter is about a tenth of an inch too long, but it goes in far enough to work without problems. The literature inside the box even says if none of the tips work for your computer to contact them and they will send one that does work for your specific device.
